About the Role:
Our client, a leading hotel group based in Cork, is seeking an experienced and dynamic
F&B Operations Manager
to oversee the Food & Beverage function across their property.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to lead a talented team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the continued success of a well-established hotel brand.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and financial acumen with a genuine passion for service excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximise revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, service, and compliance with brand standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage departmental budgets and drive profitability through effective cost control.
Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and staff development.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sales & Marketing, and other key stakeholders to optimise offerings and guest experiences.
Act as Duty Manager when required, representing the hotel with professionalism and confidence.
Key Requirements
Proven track record in F&B management within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on motivation and development.
Commercially astute with excellent financial and analytical abilities.
In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and current industry trends.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, proactive, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
