Morgan McKinley is partnered with a Leading Irish Retail Organisation to recruit a Risk and Compliance Manager. This is a senior, business-wide role responsible for designing and embedding risk, compliance, and loss prevention frameworks across a multi-channel retail operation, including physical stores, supply chain, warehouse and e-commerce. The role plays a critical part in protecting company assets, strengthening controls, and driving data-led insights across operational and financial risk areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and design, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks Provide oversight across stock integrity, stock management, cash security, payroll/time theft, and e-commerc fraud Analyse data from sales, stock, MPOS, payroll, e-commerce transactions, claims, and security incidents to identify trends, breaches, and emerging risks Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners including logistics providers, security firms, IT and payment providers, and relevant external agencies What We're Looking For: Proven experience in risk management, security operations, and loss prevention, ideally within a multi-site retail environment covering both bricks-and-mortar and online operations Strong data analysis and reporting capability, with experience using financial and operational data to identify risk patterns and inform decision-making Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the organisation If this opportunity aligns with your background, please submit an application via the link provided.
