Procurement Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for business inquiries related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
In this role, they will ensure accurate details and documentation are entered into the system, collaborating with the business to support and enhance improvements in this area.
* 1-2 years' administration experience in a similar environment
* Ability to work to strict deadlines with confidentiality and discretion
* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Experience of using Dynamics AX or other finance/accounting systems
* Good customer service experience with the ability to deal with challenging customers
* Experience in the use of MS Office suite
* Fluent spoken and written English
