At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window Installation Site Foreman to join our client's growing team based in North Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Installation Foreman with a background in Windows and Doors to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer: €50,000 - €60,000 depending on experienceComapny VehicleYour new role includes: Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of installation crews and subcontractors.Ensuring proper installation of windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.Conducting site inspections and quality control checks throughout the installation process, as well as resolving on-site issues.Maintaining project timelines and reporting progress to Project Manager.Coordinating delivery and storage of windows, doors, tools, and materials.Maintaining accurate documentation, including time sheets, work orders, and incident reports.Liaising with clients, contractors, and inspectors as needed.Experience you need: Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction—preferably with a focus on windows and doors.Strong understanding of window and door installation practices, tools, and materials.Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects What's next Apply Nowto submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.If this role isn't the perfect match but you're interested in similar opportunities, feel free to get in touch.
