Requirements: Possess a Level 7/8 in Social Care.
Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Minimum 3 months Social Care experience in the Republic of Ireland.
CORU Registration is strongly preferred and will be required to work past the deadline.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities: Develop and utilise individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Support individuals in enhancing their quality of life.
Provide high-quality care to families and individuals in need.
Maintaining the safety of both staff and vulnerable individuals.
