Job Opportunity:
A seasoned HR professional is required to support our client in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of HR, excellent advisory skills and a customer-facing background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional support to the HR Director and wider business on compliance-related matters.
* Lead operational functions of HR activities including talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, board reports, payroll coordination, employee engagement and well-being.
* Partner with department managers to execute the business unit HR strategy focusing on employee relations, retention and business processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of HR experience, 2-3 years in a HRBP role in a customer-centric environment.
* Degree in HRM or Business Management, Master's preferred.
* CIPD accreditation desirable.
* Strong employee engagement, wellbeing and project management experience, preferably delivering key HR projects.
* Prior experience in Talent Management / Development is an advantage.
* Excellent employee relations experience, including grievance and disciplinary proceedings.
* Working knowledge of Irish employment law, Employment Law qualification desirable.
* Must be able to drive and have own car; 2 days office based, 3 days remote.
