Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management and Regulatory Compliance: ○ Ensure the program complies with all regulations and standards established by Tusla and NCS, including implementing child safeguarding statements and maintaining proper staff-to-child ratios. ○ Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and activities, ensuring preparedness for audits and external evaluations.2. Team Supervision and Development: ○ Lead, motivate, and supervise the team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. ○ Identify training needs and coordinate continuous professional development opportunities for the team.3. Interaction with Families and the Community: ○ Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring open and effective communication. ○ Organize and participate in community events and activities that promote family integration and participation in the program.4. Program Development and Evaluation: ○ Design and oversee the implementation of activities and programs that promote children's social, emotional, and academic development. ○ Assess program effectiveness and make adjustments based on the individual and collective needs of children.5.
