Accounts Payable Administrator
We are seeking a confident, experienced accounts payable administrator. This is a hands on office based role suited to someone with prior experience in a fast paced environment who thrives on accuracy, teamwork and delivering to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review, matching and input of supplier invoices
* Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations
* Assist in preparing monthly payment runs
* Weekly bank reconciliations
* Intrastat & VIES reporting
* Provide assistance with month-end financial close
* Perform any other duties as required to support the business
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in an accounts role
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
