Requires
4+ years' experience
as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary
The Role
Provide high-level PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners in the Employment Law team
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
Coordinate deadlines and support the team with day-to-day operations
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
The Person
Minimum 4 years' experience
as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary within a busy law firm
Previous calibrated experience supporting senior-level stakeholders is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and fog
High attention to detail and strong document production skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
