Senior Office Administrator Dublin 22 6 Month Fixed Term Contract €45,000 to €60,000 A well established organisation based in Dublin 22 is currently recruiting a Senior Office Administrator to support their operations team on a six month fixed term contract. This is a full time, office based role offering a salary in the region of €45,000 to €60,000 depending on experience. This position would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes ownership of office coordination and is comfortable supporting multiple teams. Previous HR or people administration experience would be an advantage, however it is not essential. The role will involve Acting as a central point of contact for general office administration and day to day queries Managing emails, calls and correspondence and ensuring follow up where required Preparing and maintaining documents, reports and internal records with a high level of accuracy Coordinating office facilities, suppliers, stock levels and meeting room requirements Supporting onboarding administration for new starters including documentation and system access Assisting with internal communications, shared inboxes and general employee queries Maintaining training and compliance records and supporting audit preparation Providing administrative support across areas such as payroll documentation, invoices and absence tracking Working closely with managers and wider teams to ensure smooth office operations Experience and skills Several years experience in a senior administrative or office support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort working with internal systems Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Skills: Administration Detail Accuracy HR
