Job Description:
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and maintain a productive work environment.
* Collaborate with regional leadership to set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, gross profit margin, net margin, waste reduction, and other key performance indicators.

* Train staff to effectively upsell promotional offers and identify sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

* Evaluate and improve merchandising and presentation, aligning with store planograms and government social distancing requirements.
