new, high-quality cafe with a drive-thru
, located within an integrated
health and wellness complex
featuring a health centre, pharmacy, and doctor's office.
The Role
We're seeking a
motivated and commercially minded Cafe Manager
to lead this exciting new venture. The role includes a
six-month handover
with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth launch and transition. Afterward, you'll take full responsibility for daily operations, team management, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations and drive-thru service.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
Manage rosters, stock, and budgets effectively.
Ensure full compliance with
HACCP
and food safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards.
Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the cafe's role within the wider wellness complex.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience
in cafe, restaurant, or food service management (drive-thru experience an advantage).
Strong knowledge of
HACCP
and food safety procedures.
Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and stock management.
