We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong customer service focus to join our team as a Payroll and Finance Administrator.
About the Role
* Process payroll for employees across multiple locations and jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant legal and company policies.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including exemptions, insurance, deductions, and job titles.
* Calculate and process various payroll deductions, such as taxes and benefits.
* Respond effectively to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and address any related concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure smooth and efficient processing of payroll.
* Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams to guarantee timely and precise payroll processing.
* Provide assistance with year-end payroll processing activities.
* Undertake ad hoc payroll analysis and generate reports as required by Payroll, Finance, or HR.
* Assist with processing and payment of supplier invoices.
* Prepare supplier account reconciliations.
* Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Skills and Experience Required
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
