Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Measure, price, negotiate, and agree budgets for project variations.
* Promptly present all applications for payment, including contractual entitlements.
* Ensure payments are received in accordance with contract terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* 3+ years' experience in a quantity surveying role on construction/civils projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
