* Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with managers to drive effective performance management and provide constructive feedback practices.
* Provide confident guidance on Employee Relations matters, helping resolve issues fairly and professionally.
* Manage employee benefits and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
* Support engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and cultural programs that foster a positive work environment.
* Compile clear, actionable reports on absenteeism, turnover, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and contribute to benchmarking and continuous improvement across HR practices.
