On behalf of my client, based in Cork City, I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary contract.
Contract length: 3 months (with potential to extend) Hours: Monday - Friday; 9-5:30 Duties & Responsibilities: *Input and consolidation of information to Excel from multiple sources *Reconciliation of lodgements from cashbooks to bank statements *Reconciliation of cash accounts *Preparation of VAT Returns *Payroll *Monitoring emails and responding to queries *General Office Administration Requirements: * Previous experience in an accounts department Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
