Do you want to work in the Charity/not-for-profit sector ? A leading Irish Charity with a national remit require an experienced Finance Manager to join their Head Office finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will supervise a small team of Accounts Assistants. You will be responsible for month-end and year-end financial reporting and analysis. You will also be involved with various projects including process improvement, systems development and change management. Key tasks will include: Financial reporting / financial analysis Process improvement / change management Staff management Internal controls / compliance Variance / trend analysis Systems development Business partnering Support Internal / external audit processes Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 5 years+ pqe, proven staff management skills, process improvement and change management experience.
