Role Overview We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused professional to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective project solutions. The role involves interpreting drawings, standards, and client requirements to design and deliver projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Champion safety and quality across all projects. Develop strong client relationships, ensuring solutions are designed, agreed, and delivered to specification, budget, and schedule. Interpret and apply relevant regulations, standards, and technical documentation. Undertake site visits, surveys, and client meetings to fully capture requirements. Produce drawings, specifications, calculations, and related project documentation. Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality and delivery standards. Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Skills & Experience Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, DraftSight, Revit, BIM). Strong understanding of Building Regulations and industry standards. Proven ability to improve processes and ensure compliance. Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities. Commercial awareness and ability to propose cost-effective solutions.
