Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead multiple residential and commercial projects. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site teams, ensuring quality construction, and delivering projects on time. Key responsibilities include managing site-based teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and reviewing construction drawings. Additionally, you will drive build quality, cost savings, and programme efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage site-based teams including Site and Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards
• Oversee day-to-day progress, project timelines, and resource planning
• Review construction drawings and liaise with the design team to resolve issues
• Drive build quality, cost savings, and programme efficiency
• Work with Quantity Surveyors to manage project budgets and financial targets
• Coordinate long lead items and subcontract packages
• Report monthly to senior management on progress and performance
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 57 years experience in a senior site/project management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Procore experience an advantage
