Job Description
As a Sales & Showroom Administrator, you will be responsible for managing showroom activities, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and handling a range of administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule showroom appointments and greet visitors when they arrive.
* Provide expert advice on bathroom layout and design to ensure selected products meet customer needs.
* Maintain a clean and organized showroom area at all times.
* Process telephone, email, and website enquiries from customers and trade professionals.
* Generate sales quotations and sales orders.
* Make outbound telephone calls to promote existing and new products.
* Process sales orders through logistics.
* Liaise with customers regarding discrepancies or stock availability issues.
* Provide internal sales support to field sales representatives.
* Offer product and after-sales support to customers and end users.
* Proactively sell office-based to increase sales.
* Handle customer price queries.

* Confident in managing various tasks in a fast-paced setting.
