We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a highly organised and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant who will support members of their executive team. The Executive Assistant must be exceedingly well -organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting Executive Leaders.
Role Duties:
Provide high -level administrative support to three executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives. Assist with organizing events and meetings including coordinating logistics, diaries and 3rd party dependencies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned including expenses, invoices, minutes and follow up actions as recorded or required
Requirements
o Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative.
o Available to start on Monday September 23rd
