As a Branch Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a personal customer experience, greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor, guiding them to self-service options, and handling basic queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
\
* Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks
\
* Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required
\
* Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
\
* Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
\
* Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
\
* Cash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day
\
