Role Profile Reporting to the Supply Chain & ManufacturingCoEManager, we are seeking an experiencedSAPOrdertoCashManagerto join ourorganisation. This key role willbe responsible foroverseeing and optimising the SAP Order to Cash modules, as well as managingcategoryspecific Order to Cash applicationsand system development activities to support and enhance our end-to-end order processing capabilities. The role will work in close partnership with theInformation Technology team,Tirlanbusiness stakeholders across the organisationto ensure thatsupply chaininfrastructuresupports businessobjectivesandcomplies withrelevant regulations. TheSupply Chain & Manufacturingfunctionsresponsibilitiesspan80 locations including manufacturing facilities,offices, retail locations,data centres,cloudservicesand managed services. A successful candidate mustdemonstratestrongtechnical skills andsupply chainunderstanding combined with impersonal skills to work with IT and business process specialists to visualise and implement future state IT landscapes. Responsibilities Lead the management, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Order to Cash modules, ensuring reliable and efficient order processing from customer order entry through to invoice and payment. Overseecategory specific (CORETech)system operations relating to the order to cash process, collaborating with stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for process improvements and automation. Coordinate and drive developments within the systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment, to ensure continual system evolution in line with business needs. Act as the primary point of contact between IT and Supply Chain teams for all order to cash system matters,facilitatingeffective communication and resolution of issues. Provide training and support to end users within the order to cash process, ensuring adoption of best practices and system utilisation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality acrossSAPOrdertoCash andcategory specific Order to Cashplatforms. Develop andmaintaincomprehensive documentation related to systemarchitecture,configurations,integrations,processes, and custom developments. Stay abreast of SAP andcategory specificsystem updates, recommending upgrades and new functionalities whereappropriate. Work closely withvendors and external partners to ensureoptimalsystemperformance,troubleshoot issues, and proactivelyidentifyopportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,Computer Science,Business InformationSystemsor a related field 5+yearsexperiencein SAP Order to Cash modules, with a strong understanding of related business processes. Background in IT systems management, ideally within a supply chain or order processing environment. Demonstrable experience withCORETechsystems and managing system developmentshighly desirable. Experience in system integration, process automation, and change management. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data andprovideactionable insights. Effective communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Project management and organisational skillsdesirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience incoordinating andfacilitatingthe workan advantage.
