We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.Based in Dublin, we are seeking an individual to fulfil the Fund Administrator (INTERN) role.The role offers excellent exposure to someone looking to develop their career within a UCITS/AIF (Super) management company.Your tasks and responsibilities:Supporting the Administration team in ensuring timely provision of all deliverablesEnsure, at all times, tasks and processes are compliant with regulatory requirementsEnsure appropriate documentation accompanies all departmental processes and kept currentContinually look at improving departmental performance and efficiencies by enhancing existing processes and suggesting new innovative ideas for the departmentParticipate in the planning and implementation of client projects and product developmentsParticipate in the onboarding of new clients, funds, OSP's and delegates within the Administration function, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspectiveYour skills and experience:High level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to engage constructively with clients, internal and external partiesGood communication and writing skillsNatural curiosityInterest in financial services industryAmbition to develop oneselfBasic knowledge of ExcelWhat we offer:Opportunities to gain understanding and experience working with multiple teams of fund service professionalsHands-on experience in a fast-paced work environmentOpportunity to attend weekly meetings and occasional networking events
