We are now seeking a Communications Executive to join our team and help shape the way our story is told – today and into the future. This role is an opportunity to work closely with our CEO and leadership team, ensuring that every message, campaign, and conversation reflects the care, respect, and craftsmanship that define James Whelan Butchers.
The Opportunity
As Communications Executive, you will be both a storyteller and a guardian of our brand. You’ll develop and deliver communication strategies that are creative yet grounded in integrity,helping us connect meaningfully with our customers,inspire our people, and build confidence with our partners. From digital campaigns and social media to internal communications and media relations, you will ensure that the way we communicate reflects the high standards we set in everything we do.
What You’ll Do
* Develop communication and marketing strategies that highlight our commitment to excellence, quality, and service.
* Create engaging content for digital, social, and traditional channels, bringing our artisan story to life.
* Manage relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders, always representing our values with professionalism.
* Support and deliver events that connect us with our customers and community.
* Provide insights and analysis to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* A communications professional with 5+ years’ experience in PR, marketing, or brand communications.
* Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone and content for diverse audiences.
* Proven experience in social media management, digital campaigns, and brand messaging.
* A collaborative, creative, and strategic thinker who can work closely with senior leadership.
