Our client, A leading and long-established building contractor is seeking an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Drogheda, Co Louth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site, including but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, and tiling. Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Develop and maintain a detailed finishing schedule, ensuring that all milestones are met. Liaise with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues or defects in a timely manner. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on site. Manage and motivate a team of finishing trades and subcontractors. Maintain accurate site records and documentation related to finishing works. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry. A trade background in carpentry or a similar finishing trade is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction finishing. Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications. Experience working on a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, and residential. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
