Social Care Worker

Attuned Programmes Ireland is an organization responding to meet the needs of individuals through community, residential, and aftercare supports and services.
Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Workers to join our teams. We are currently recruiting for Full-time, Part-time, and Ad-hoc positions for our Adult Disability service in Wexford. Our aim is to support and meet individuals where they are at, and to identify and navigate towards positive outcomes in a safe and respectful manner that considers their individual needs.
General Job Description
The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will already possess high levels of competency and will be able to demonstrate this through their qualifications and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards, and an understanding of the varied needs of each individual. The role involves supporting individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop and reach their goals.
Requirements
* Candidates must have a minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or a related field.
* Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres.
* Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing, and planning skills.
* This post is subject to Garda clearance.
* A full driving licence is desirable.
* Candidates must also have a deep commitment to respecting each individual's rights and protection.
