Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical services in Dublin. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care through expert oversight of Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) and Medical Emergency Responses, as well as leading, delivering, and implementing the Safe Wards model across clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Infection Prevention & Control: Provide leadership, mentorship, and expert advice on all aspects of infection prevention and control. Develop, implement, and monitor IPC policies, programmes, and protocols in line with HSE and MHC standards.
* Medical Emergency Nursing Leadership: Act as onsite clinical lead during drills and actual emergency events.
