About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at B Braun, a global healthcare company.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, reporting directly to the Marketing & Sales Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
* Create impactful marketing campaigns that deliver lead generation through digital initiatives
* Own and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs
* Create engaging content across digital marketing platforms in line with planned campaigns
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly
* Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing optimization recommendations
* Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with sales, global/regional marketing and other teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities
* Monitor and reporting on spend throughout the year to ensure budget adherence and efficiency
* Assist in website content updates and maintenance, collaborating with the global web development team
* Utilise marketing software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics, while collaborating with marketing colleagues
* Prepare marketing reports and presentations, collaborating with the analytics team
* Design and Print management working with external agency
* Work on social media both organic and paid campaigns
* Support both online and in-person marketing events, collaborating with the event planning team, including pre-event planning, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up
* Contribute to the development and management of traditional marketing projects, such as print materials, collaborating with the design team when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role within medical devices
* Experience in working on online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising)
* Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
* Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics, Is a plus
