Quality Engineer, Graduate Programme
This role is part of the Quality Operations Engineering Development program that provides quality engineering and leadership development across several areas of Stryker’s business. Quality Engineers in this role will have on-site functional rotations between the Quality Operations, Quality Management, and New Product Introduction teams, gaining valuable experience in key areas of Medical Device Manufacturing Business.
The program lasts 23 months, starting each September. It includes core training in engineering and personal skills such as validation activities in regulated industries, design transfer, GD&T, additive manufacturing, six-sigma greenbelt, presentation skills, finance, and global interactions. Exposure to senior leadership and networking opportunities are integral parts of the program.

Opportunities available:
Graduates will be placed in one of the following teams:
Quality Engineering
Support quality assurance, control, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring compliance and addressing supplier quality issues.
New Product Introduction Engineering
Translate design requirements into manufacturing processes, lead design for manufacture, support new product development, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Quality Management Systems
Provide expertise to optimize quality management system operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What you need:
* Recent or upcoming graduate (within 2 years) in B.Sc./B.Eng. in science, engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3.0 GPA
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
* Ability to travel within Ireland
* Self-starter with analytical skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and basic manufacturing/process knowledge
* Understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances
* Experience in regulated industries is beneficial
* Proficiency with PC skills and attention to detail
