Experience in Weddings and Events ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards.
Hands‑on and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with ability to control service from the front to ensure maximum results during peak periods. Candidates require extensive Bar Food, Restaurant and Banqueting experience.
Ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, reducing food and energy wastage in the Kitchens.
Property is continually innovating and evolving, excellent opportunity to work with a progressive Head Chef using the finest local ingredients.
