Facilities Management Role
This is an opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider as a Facilities Manager, overseeing the management of facilities estate for multiple nursing home sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the facilities estate, ensuring all sites are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with statutory regulations.
* Lead the day-to-day management of outsourced facilities service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and grounds maintenance.
* Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Facilities Management/Engineering/Health and Safety or Building Services.
* Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in Fire, Health and Safety.
* Proven experience in a facilities management role with responsibility for multiple sites.
