Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our electrical projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* To define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
* To provide performance feedback regarding project progress.
* To ensure the project follows best practices and policies.
* To monitor and control project progress and resource utilization.
* To oversee project financials, including invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
