What will I be doing as a Braeburn Café Manager?
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburn’s standards and quality guidelines.
* Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.

An Applegreen Braeburn Café Manager would ideally:
* Have previous experience of 1‑2 years in a similar role.
* Have a can‑do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.

* Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
