About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store is fully operational at all times.
Purpose of the Role:
* To lead the fill operation, delivering a sales floor that is ready to trade.
* Taking operational responsibility for coordinating resource to Serve, Sell and Fill.
* In leading the floor in the absence of your Colleague Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in your colleague manager's absence. This includes ensuring that everything required for opening is complete on time.
Your duties may include managing inventory levels and performing certain administrative tasks related to staff management as well.
This task involves receiving orders from higher-ups through assistance calls where it requires immediate intervention so we can assist customers without delay after hours when needed most urgently because timely service matters greatly!
