Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* C Coordinate site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
* M Manage and monitor the work of sub-contractors and stakeholders.
* W Foster strong relationships with project managers, colleagues, and clients.
* C Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and disruptions.
* M Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* R Regularly report on project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with residential experience. A CSCS card and relevant qualifications are beneficial. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
