Payroll and Accounts Administrator required for a busy wedding venue.Minimum 5 years experience required.Key responsibilitiesPayroll processing: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits and all tax related paymentsData management: Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity, and process new hires and terminations in our staff management systemCompliance and reporting: Ensure all payroll activities comply with Irish tax and social insurance legislation. Prepare and submit reports to Revenue and other relevant authorities.Account reconciliation: Reconcile all general ledger accounts and book journal entries for each payment run, ensuring accuracy for P&L purposes and monthly analysisAuditing and analysis: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
