The Senior Sales Group Leader bridges sales and fulfilment. You'll support our Director of Sales in converting new enquiries into bookings, oversee booking fulfilment, and ensure that groups experience the seamless service Lyons Links is known for. A major part of the role will involve acting as a Group Leader for 25–30 client groups annually, delivering five-star service on the ground, coordinating in the office (Transport, accommodation, Golf).
Key Responsibilities
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Act as Group Leader for 25–30 client groups annually, coordinating from the office.
* Prepare tailored proposals and itineraries, oversee booking fulfilment and client communications.
* Coordinating the logistics and follow-through with the delivery.
* Collaborate with the Golf & Events Manager on service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience in sales, operations, or events.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Passion for golf and travel is a distinct advantage.
* Geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland — essential for itinerary planning and on-the-ground coordination.
* Flexible and comfortable with travel
