We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and innovative professional to work in a manufacturing facility, driving the implementation and delivery of HR policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of training, HR plant processes, systems, and personnel, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Workday. They will be responsible for assisting with achieving KPIs and targets, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and continuously seeking improvements to internal HR procedures.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

* Assisting with recruitment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, and general HR activities
">
* Ensuring training records and matrices are up to date to audit standards
">
* Establishing best practices to reduce levels of absenteeism
">
* Improving existing performance management practices
">
* Conducting disciplinaries and grievances fairly and consistently
">
* Supporting supervisors and managers with employee relations
">
* Reporting and escalating health and safety issues
">
* Ensuring completion of payroll and management information reporting
">
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with open roles
">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in training and HR, with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and Workday. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence change.
