Hotel Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel operations manager to oversee the daily activities of our restaurant. As hotel operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
* Manage all daily restaurant operations including supervising staff and providing exceptional customer service
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver high levels of guest satisfaction aligned with brand standards
* Monitor service quality, resolve guest feedback promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
* Oversight scheduling, rostering, and staff performance management
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Manage costs, control expenses, and support revenue growth initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Drive sales through excellent service and upselling
* Contribute to marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a hotel operations manager, you will need:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a senior supervisory role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or premium restaurant environment
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
