Armont have partnered with a rapidly expanding Irish business seeking a Revenue & Billing Manager to join their growing finance team based in west Dublin. This a newly created hands‑on role oversees the full billing and revenue function.
As the business scales, the focus is on strengthening revenue processes, improving controls and elevating customer account management. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading change, modernising systems and embedding best‑practice across the revenue function.
This position will suit a technically strong revenue and billing professional who enjoys ownership, drives continuous improvement and builds effective relationships across customers and internal teams.
The Role
Lead the full revenue and billing cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing
Oversee revenue recognition processes and support the month‑end close with high‑quality reporting
Act as the senior point of contact for complex billing and customer account queries
Drive transformation across the revenue and billing function, including automation, system enhancements, and process redesign
Build strong relationships with key customers to support effective credit control and payment performance
Deliver clear, insightful reporting on billing performance, aged debt, and revenue trends
Strengthen internal controls, revenue policies, and compliance frameworks
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate contract setup, pricing, and cashflow forecasting
Lead, mentor, and develop the billing and receivables team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
The Candidate
5 to 7 years’ experience in revenue operations, billing, accounts receivable or similar finance roles
Proven experience leading teams and driving operational or process change
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and customer account management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage escalations and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement controls, and introduce automation
Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working cross‑functionally
