Audit Senior or Supervisor | Mid-Sized Firm | Dublin
The client –
Our client, a well-respected mid-sized firm based in Dublin City (very close to the DART) currently requires a Qualified Accountant/ Audit Senior to join the team on a full-time basis. The firm is experiencing strong growth and has ambitious plans for future expansion.
The position will require the successful candidate to manage a portfolio clients from SME enterprises right up to large technology companies and prestigious legal entities. The takeover of clients will be phased over a couple of months so you will not be "thrown in at the deep end". The will also be scope for work in the restructuring/ insolvency areas.
The firm will offer a friendly atmosphere and strong work /life balance along with quality work. There is also clear opportunity for an ambitious candidate to progress within firm.
Role responsibilities –
Reporting directly to the Audit Director, the successful candidate will be tasked with –
* Managing a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are completed on time/ to the highest standard - Audit, Tax, Accounts Prep, Co Sec
* Assisting in the management and development of trainees and semi – seniors
Candidate Profile –
* ACA/ ACCA/ CPA Qualified
* Experience working in a small to medium sized firm
* Proven ability to plan, control and complete audit assignments
* Strong communication skills
* Good team player
