INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Graduate / Junior Engineer - Building Project Residential Project Job Location Cork Salary €30K - €40K About the Company Working along a leading Developer with multiple sites live across Cork. My client has a reputation for delivering high standard projects year on year. They are keen to work with a Candidate that is eager to lean and progress in their career- there will be setting out involved under the supervision of the senior engineer and some supervisory duties too. The Role Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project. Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager & Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Requirements A Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 1 place years placement experience in an engineering role. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
