We have a great opportunity for a Customer Operations Specialist (Solar PV Operations) based in Cork.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of solar PV and boiler installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues, ultimately ensuring a smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Accountabilities:
* Serve as the main liaison for customers, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the solar PV installation process
* Coordinate with tradesmen and external contractors to schedule and facilitate site visits and installations
* Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to ensure timely project delivery and accurate information exchange
* Collect payments and ensure all financial obligations are settled prior to installation
* Resolve customer issues related to site access, installation delays, and technical challenges
* Manage and update customer records and installation schedules in internal systems
* Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional communication at all times
* Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further concerns
Here's what we're looking for:
* Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a related role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
* Experience dealing with tradespeople, contractors, and sales teams
* Operational knowledge of solar PV projects or similar technical fields is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
