Compassionate Care Leader

The Team Leader plays a vital role in guiding our dedicated care team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a leader, you will embody our values of respect, inclusivity, and compassion, creating a positive environment where every resident feels valued and empowered.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with the care team to meet daily care needs.

You will also oversee the implementation of safe practices, participate in learning and development programs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

* Build positive relationships with residents and prioritize their rights, dignity, and choice.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the senior team.
* Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered safely and efficiently.
* Oversee the work of Care Assistants and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Participate in learning and development programs to stay up-to-date with best practices in care delivery.
* Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the designated manager.

Requirements:

* QCF Level 3 or above (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care
* The Right to Work in the UK
* A good standard of written and oral English
* At least 2 years' experience working in a regulated care or support environment

Desired Criteria:

* Previous experience supervising staff or teams
* Skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork
