About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Sales Team, managing hotel operations, and driving financial performance. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new business, collaborating with Area Directors of Sales, and ensuring objectives are met in the Sales business plan.
You will have the chance to develop and nurture new accounts across all owned segments, execute a proactive sales strategy, and instil a culture of cross selling, referrals, and sharing of leads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and winning new business - local and global across all owned business segments.
2. Collaborating with the ADOS to ensure that objectives are achieved in the Sales business plan.
3. Representing the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
4. Executing a proactive sales strategy to develop and nurture new accounts across all owned segments for the hotels.
5. Collaborating with Account Management Team to nurture existing, and secure new opportunities following the Dalata sales process.
6. Instilling a culture of cross selling, referrals, and sharing of leads.
