As a skilled craftsman at our company, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality products, including door frames and screens, using various hand and mechanised tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Manufacture and assemble joinery components.
* Operate required machinery, including hand tools, saws, and spindle moulders.
* Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
* Complete all paperwork in line with Quality Management Systems.
You will also assist in the wood machinery shop, demonstrate knowledge of timber, and may be required to visit sites for survey or repair work.
To be successful in this role, you should possess previous workshop experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
