Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled administrator to oversee the execution and management of contracts for construction projects in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of contract strategies aligned with client requirements
* Procure and tender contract works packages, assign them to administrators, and ensure contracts are executed according to project procedures and budgets
* Manage and administer contracts, ensuring contractors meet their contractual obligations, proper documentation is kept, and audits are facilitated
* Generate payment certificates, final accounts, and completion certifications, and ensure safe storage of records
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level, with additional qualifications desirable
* At least 10 years' experience in administration, with proven ability to contribute to project implementation and associated strategies
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines
