An experienced Construction Site Manager is required for a large General Contractor on a Pharmaceutical Construction project in the Midlands.
Ideally you will possess a trades or construction management qualification with experience in clean room construction and fit out.
* Support the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical and on the ground advice on the project
* Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors
* Weekly lookaheads with the site team
* Progress reporting to the PM
* Implement QA procedures
* Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site
* Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics
* Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports
* Perform walkdowns and quality control checks with trade contractors and client reps
