About the Role
Kilsaran is looking for an Asphalt Batcher to join our logistics team. This role supports the concrete products and aggregates business, delivering high‑performance construction materials across Ireland.
Responsibilities
Control production and load out of materials produced in the batch plant.
Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timelines are met and advise of any delays.
Ensure effective communication with drivers, customers, production and sales.
Deliver the right quality (in consultation with the Technical Team) and quantity of material to customers.
Arrange timely batching of materials according to specification.
Maintain time and material records.
Ensure efficient working conditions of batching plant equipment.
Manage driver instructions regarding working hours, breaks and rest periods.
Operate the loading shovel from time to time if required.
Qualifications & Skills
Full training will be provided.
Knowledge of shipping systems is a bonus.
